You’re sitting at home, watching your favorite movie and you begin to lust after a ____ but you’re being careful about your total calories so you’re resisting. That’s not good. That’s turning a good thing into a struggle; you should not set yourself against yourself, for any reason. If you want ice cream, or a drink, you should have it. Moderation, but have it. Now here’s the tip.
Share that delicious ____ with a friend. You’ll have less ____, but you’ll feel absolutely no pain. No struggle.
Instead, you’ll have a great moment with a good friend, while still enjoying your ____. Winners all round.
